To cover the costs of processing your order, a $7.99 fee is charged.

 

Standard Shipping (Free Shipping):

 

If you live within the contiguous United States, you will not be charged shipping unless you request next business day or second business day delivery.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are sent by second day air so those charges will apply.  We do charge a $7.99 fee to cover the costs of processing your order.  Unless an item ordered is out of stock, orders placed with standard shipping are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.   You should receive your order in 5 to 7 business days.  If you have not received your order by the 8th business day, and you have not been notified about a longer backorder, please contact us.  We do not track standard shipping orders before 8 business days have elapsed.  Wallpaper & More ships via UPS and the US Postal Service.

 

If you registered to create an account on our site before placing your order, you may view the status of your order online on our site.  Tracking numbers on packages shipped to you from our warehouse will appear on the invoice in your account within 2 business days after they are shipped.  Tracking number for orders with items which were out of stock will not be available until the manufacturer or importer provides us with them.  Frequently, you will receive your order before we are provided with tracking numbers.  Your account status will be “In Progress” until we have shipped or, for items which were out of stock, have been given a tracking number from the item’s manufacturer or importer.

 

Next Day Shipping:

 

Unless an item ordered is out of stock with both Wallpaper & More and the item’s manufacturer or importer, Next Day shipping orders placed via UPS Monday thru Friday before 1:00 p.m. EDT/EST will be shipped the same day and should be received the next business day.  Orders of stocked items received after 1:00 p.m. EDT/EST and on weekends will be shipped the next business day and should be received the following business day.

COD Shipments:

 

We do not ship COD.

 

Orders with Items Which Are Out of Stock and Backorders:

 

If an item is out of stock and is ordered from its manufacturer or importer, it could be shipped directly to you or shipped to us and then reshipped to you.  If the manufacturer or importer is also out of stock and their backorder date results in a delivery date more than 5 to 7 business days, we will notify you as soon as we are informed.  Usually, we are informed about backorders when we place our orders, but inventory discrepancies can occur.  When you are contacted you may wait for the backordered item, cancel with a full refund, or select another product.  If you wait to cancel and the backordered item has been shipped, you will be charged a 30% restock fee if you no longer want the item.
 
International Shipping:
 
On our website we accept only credit cards which have United States addresses.  The shipping address must also be within the United States.  Canadian customers may call 304-736-8008 during business hours, Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT/EST, to place their orders.
