·                     How may I order a sample?  

 

Samples of Current Wallpaper Books and Overstock Specials patterns are available for $8.00. This price does include shipping.  Please call to order.  Samples of some patterns in Clearance and $5.00 Borders may not be available.  Samples are not returnable.

 

·                     How is wallpaper packaged?

Wallpaper is usually packaged in double roll bolts.  Most double roll bolts of wallpaper rolls are approximately 20.5” x 33’.  Some are 27” X 27” per double roll.  Odd sizes are made and should be noted in our product information.  Please allow for pattern matches when you are calculating the amount needed to complete your project.  Please call or email our Customer Service if you need assistance with calculations.

·                     What is the difference between a single roll and a double roll of wallpaper?

A single roll of residential wallpaper usually covers approximately 28 square feet less pattern match. Wallcoverings are usually packaged in double roll bolts which contain twice that amount on one roll. Some commercial wallcoverings are packaged in triple rolls or are sold by the yard
.

·                    Why is wallpaper priced per single roll if it is not packaged and sold in single rolls?

The wallcoverings industry prices their sample books per single roll.  Online retailers price the same way. 

·                     How are borders sold?

Border is usually priced and sold in single 5 yard spools.  Some mural and other borders are packaged in different lengths.  This will be noted in our product information. 

·                     Which credit and debit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.

·                    Do you ship COD?

We do not ship COD.

·                    Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped to West Virginia will be charged automatically be charges 6% sales tax when orders are placed.

·                   Do you sell outside the USA?

On our website we accept only credit cards which have United States addresses.  The shipping address must also be within the United States.  Canadian customers may call 304-736-8008 during business hours, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, to place their orders.

·                     Do you charge shipping?

If you live within the contiguous United States, you will not be charged shipping unless you request next business day or second business day delivery.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are sent by second day air so those charges will apply.  We do charge a $7.99 fee to cover the costs of processing your order.

·                     How can I receive my order quicker?

Expedited shipping is available.  Next Day orders will arrive within 1 business day.  Second day orders will arrive within 2 business days.  These charges will be added to your order. 
   

·                     When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged at the time of order. If there is a cancellation we will we will issue a credit within 3 business days.

·                    Are there any charges if I have to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled if the item has not been shipped from us or one of our vendors.  If we can intercept an order before it ships, you will not be charged a restocking fee.  Orders cancelled after shipment and refused orders are charged a 30% restocking fee.  No portion of shipping or handling fees is refunded.  If you do receive an order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call our Customer Service for return instructions.

·                     When will I receive my order?  What happens if an item I order is out of stock and must be backordered?

Items in stock are shipped within 2 business days from the order date.  They should arrive within 7-10 business days. If an item is out of stock and is ordered from its manufacturer or importer, it could be shipped directly to you or shipped to us and then reshipped to you.  If the manufacturer or importer is also out of stock and their backorder date results in the receipt your order in more than 7 to 10 business days, we will notify you as soon as we are notified.  Usually we are aware of backorders from manufacturers or importers when we place our orders, but they do occasionally have inventory discrepancies.  If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you have received your order. Please wait at least 10 business days (two weeks) before calling or emailing to check your order unless you placed your order and specified next day or second day shipping.  If you created an account on our site before you placed your order, you may check the status of your order on our website.  The status of your account may be “in progress” even after your order has been shipped.  If we have your order shipped directly to you from a manufacturer or importer, we may not be notified immediately when it has been shipped.

·                    How may I request a tracking number?

Tracking numbers on packages shipped to you from our warehouse will appear on the invoice in your account within 2 business day after they are shipped.  Tracking number for orders with items which were out of stock will not be available until the manufacturer or importer provides us with them.  Frequently, you will receive your order before we are provided with tracking numbers.  If you do not receive your order within 10 business days (two weeks) and you have not been notified about a longer backorder, please contact us.  We do not track orders before 10 days (two weeks) have elapsed.

·                     What if I receive the wrong pattern or if it is damaged or defective?

If we have shipped you the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct pattern or issue you a full refund.  The item must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase.  If you receive a wrong item due to your error, we will certainly exchange it for you or issue a credit whichever you prefer. However, in this case there is a 30% restocking fee to return the item.  No portion of shipping or handling fees is credited.  If the package is damaged in shipment, keep the original packaging and contact us for return instructions.  Please contact us for return instructions.  Wallpaper & More guarantees that all items are first quality. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for return instructions.  Returned item are inspected before refunds are given.  If a replacement is shipped and the returned item is not defective, you will be charged for both the replacement and the returned items less a 30% restock fee plus the handling fee and any shipping charges

·                    If I don’t want items or have too much wallcovering may I return them for credit?

All items except Clearance, $5.00 Borders, fabrics, other cut goods, and personalized items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  They must be unopened and in good condition.   A refund less a 30% restocking fee will be credited to your card.  No portion of handling or shipping charges will be credited. Please
contact us or return instructions.  Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days.

·                    When will my credit be issued?

For returns, please allow 14 business days for us to receive the item back and issue a credit. Other credits will be issued within 3 business days.  Please allow an additional 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have not received credit by then, please contact us.
